What are the bandwidth requirements for Blazon?

64-100 KBPs have shown to be the minimum Internet connection speed needed in order to have a quality phone call.

Can I use current phone and existing phone numbers with Blazon?

In most cases, yes. Please contact a Blazon VoIP account executive to confirm.

Do I need special equipments to use Blazon's VoIP phone service?

As with any VoIP service, you need VoIP phones or a VoIP adapter. If you wish to use your existing on-premise PBX with Blazon SIP Trunking Service.

Are there any setup Fees?

There are no setup fees or hidden charges with Blazon.

What is SIP Trunk?

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunk is a service that lets you use your existing PBX system over a VoIP network to make and receive calls.

What are advantages of SIP Trunk?

SIP Trunks are much cheaper than the old analog circuits that traditional enterprise phone systems use. They also maintain or exceed the level of call quality that businesses expect from their phone service while saving you money.

When should a business use SIP Trunk?

SIP Trunking is a good option for a business that already has a PBX system. If your business already has the hardware, it is easy and inexpensive to setup a SIP Trunk. One SIP Trunk can connect your phone lines to your existing hardware. Your business will also now save money by using the robust Blazon VoIP network instead of a traditional phone line.

What equipment do I need?

SIP Trunks can work with a SIP-ready PBX. They can also be made to work with traditional analog or key systems with an IAD (Integrated Access Device).

What are the service hours of your call center?

Do you support any particular Live Chat software?

We support all kinds of chat software and our agents are also trained at using all types of software.

How do you take care of lost calls when the phone line is busy?

All the calls are transferred and recorded onto the voicemail during non-service hours or when the phone line is busy. As per the service agreement, our agents respond to those voicemails, so a call is never lost unattended.

What are your payment terms and conditions?

Work is commenced only after the receipt of payment in advance. We have the right to terminate, suspend, or put work on-hold in case of payment delays.

I want to do business with you, how can I start?

Once you receive the contract, accept it, and email us the signed copy along with the payment. We will then start training our staff for 1-2 weeks as per your specialized business needs, and will start answering your customer's emails, chats and/or phone calls thereafter.

How much does it cost to call my inbound number?

Your inbound number will work exactly the same as your traditional landline number. It doesn’t cost your callers any more to call you.

Will my VoIP phone work when there is a power cut?

No. Contrary to the traditional phone, Internet phone will not work without power, as it depends on Internet connection.

I have already got a landline number, can I use it with my Internet phone?

This is possible. Send your request to us along with the number you wish to transfer. We will check this and reply to you within the next 3 working days.

How can I test your routes?

We will send you a VoIP form for you to fill, Once you return it to us , one of our techs will contact you to test the routes.

When Can I start sending traffic?

Once the contract has been signed and a payment has been received.

Can I send Traffic worldwide:

How can I sign up for a virtual office service?

Opening your virtual office is simple. All you have to do is select the virtual office service you need by clicking the "Sign Up" button. After that, you will be redirected to a page where you need to fill all the required details and eventually set up your account.

How long does it take to set up my virtual office?

It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours on average to set up your account, once you have made your payment and completed the registration process via phone or email.
